Complaints
If Australian Apprenticeships NT cannot resolve the matter to the satisfaction of the client, an appeal may be made. In the first instance, the appeal should be made in writing to the AASSNT Manager. The appeal should be submitted within 14 days of the decision being made.
If the client has been referred to another agency/authority to have the matter dealt with, and the client is not satisfied with the outcome, formal appeals mechanisms will be available to the client through the other agency/authority. For the Department of Employment, Education and Training this is the Appeals and Review Tribunal.
