The Job Guide website www.jobguide.dest.gov.au provides some great tips on how to write a job application and resume.
Pick up an Employer Information pack from Australian Apprenticeships NT and include it in your application.

4. Prepare for an interview.

Prepare some answers to potential questions that the employer may ask you. Practise with your Careers Advisor, parents or friends.

5.	Once you have found an employer to take you on as an Australian Apprentice contact Australian Apprenticeships NT and we will send a Field Officer to your workplace to sign you and your employer up to a Training Contract.
